Victoria's Crest Chardonnay

This
Chardonnay from Eastern Australia is soft and mellow,
with melon and citrus flavors, mild acidity. Not bad for the price point.
I would quickly use in my fish recipes that require chardonnay for use in
cooking and would quickly serve it up chilled with any fish dish.
