Sandy Wilkinson

Sandy Wilkinson is by far one of the most delightful people I have had the pleasure to meet.  Even though she now plies her talent to painting you can still see that she was once a nurse in her "canvas side demeanor".  Her upbeat attitude and faith have no doubt contributed much to her ability to portray the whimsical with such casual ease.  Sandy's works are as diverse as the color of paint she uses to create them.  Her works include realistic and beautiful flower arrangements, life-like animal images that you expect to walk or fly off the canvas, and whimsical masterpieces including bloomer wearing cows.

Sandy starting painting in the 1970's while still working as a registered nurse in Boston,I'm All Ears by Sandy Wilkinson - Massachusetts.  She had a re-awakening to art in 2002 after a trip to France with Connie Winters and her sister bonnie brown fergus.  Somewhere during those years she found time to author three books that went on to be published.

I have purchased two of Sandy's beautiful works now and encourage you to consider some of her paintings for our own home.  They can be viewed at www.sandywilkinson.com or www.bbrowngallery.com.   I would strongly advise however to view them in person at the b brown gallery at Matthews Station Dr, Matthews.
