Osborne

Dominio de Malpica

2001

This Cabernet Sauvignon is bright cherry red to garnet in color.  A toasty spice nose with medicinal hints.  Full bodied with round tannins and a peppery flavor.  Slightly acidic with a lengthy finish.

The mythical Osborne Winery was founded in 1772 in the port of Santa Maria, Spain by an Englishman named Thomas Osborne Mann.  They began very early to establish their dynasty in the production of fine sherry.  In the subsequent centuries, Osborne has continued to grow and establish their identity world wide and has made their trademark Bull a constant vision in wine houses around the globe.  The extensive vineyards now exceed 200 hectares in size.
