I recently by shear accident discovered the Tin Tin Buffet Restaurant on Park road.  I was immediately impressed by not only the selection and diversity of the items but also by the flavor.  It has been my experience that most buffets pay more attention to items that are easily mass produced than to the actual quality of the items.  That is not so at Tin Tin.  The buffet selections are prepared with precision and skill allowing for their impeccable taste and appearance.  Tin Tin offers well known Chinese buffet dishes like sesame chicken, lo mein, and beef and  broccoli as well as more complex and authentic dishes like Peking Duck, butter shrimp and sushi.

I was most impressed with the soups however.  I know that it sounds strange.  Tin Tin has a unique way of custom making soups to the specifications of the diner.  Choose your noodle type and it will be reheated in seconds before your eyes.  Add the ingredients of your choice.  Perhaps shrimp or mushrooms, fish rolls or some other choice suits you best.  Finally choose your broth.  I personally like the rice noodles with shrimp and curry broth.  This soup is delicious not just for the quality of its ingredients and the skill used in its making, but also because it is tailored to the taster.

Is any dinner complete without desert?  Not if you have my appetite.  No stale cookies here my friends.  Tin Tin has a wide selection of tasty deserts including cream puffs, fresh baked cookies, napoleons, cake, Jell-O, soft serve ice cream and many more delicious choices.

Tin Tin Chinese Buffet is undoubtedly the best Chinese buffet I have ever reviewed.  The prices are always reasonable and the staff always friendly.  I strongly suggest you stop by today and let manager Ken Ho and his staff delight you with their wonderful cuisine.
