Blend: 82% Pinot Grigio, 5.5% Gewürztraminer, 5% Muscat Canelli, 4% Sauvignon Blanc, 3.5% Malvasia Bianca

This delightful white wine has a clean crisp taste with hints of apricot, pear and vanilla.  It is very refreshing and can be drank alone or in with food.  Suggested pairings include chicken and light poultry dishes with white sauces, seafood and of course salads. 

The 2006 season produced grapes with exceptional balance of sugars and acidity due to a long and cool growing season. 

The Grapes were whole cluster pressed and cold-fermented for several weeks in stainless steel tanks.  It was then aged  sur lie (on the yeast lees) in tank with weekly stirrings to integrate its flavors and enhance its silky texture.
