This elegant Malbec wine displays an excellent balance of all the
elements that make a great wine. Ripe currant and cherry fruits produce a
deep burgundy red color with a smooth medium body and a spicy highlights.
The 14 month aging in French oak barrels creates stable and mature tannins
and an excellent finish.
Bodega Norton Winery was founded in 1895 by an English
engineer, James Norton who
 fell in love not only with a woman but also
with Mendoza Argentina. In 1989 Gernot Swarovsky bought the winery and
implemented much modernization. This is currently one of my favorites.
